Latona Green
CICADA worked with Innova Redevelopment, LLC on this scattered-site development of ten new single-family, workforce homes in the Point Breeze neighborhood of Philadelphia. This neighborhood stabilization project infills vacant lots on otherwise intact blocks with quality, contemporary, affordable housing built in a traditional row house style, varying two or three stories dependent on the block context.
Energy-efficient building materials and techniques are used throughout. Each home invites the greenery of an urban setting with roof deck access at either the front or rear and large sliding glass doors leading out to rear gardens.
