Villas de Caribe

Villas del Caribe, an entire city block in the Fairhill neighborhood of Philadelphia, is a series of interconnected, three-story buildings built around an interior courtyard. Originally developed by HACE Community Development Corporation in 1997, the development contains 81 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. The interior courtyard space contains shared rear yards, two playgrounds, and a small parking lot.
