CICADA is a 2024 EPiC Firm

CICADA has been selected again for the AIA PA 2024 EPiC Firm Recognition list! Firms that demonstrate a commitment to the professional development of emerging professionals and young architects are evaluated annually for recognition. EPiC (Emerging Professionals Committee) identifies licensure, leadership, career advancement, and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion as four critical areas for recognition. As a bigger "small firm," we like to have a mix of one-on-one, group, and staff-wide time dedicated to internal mentorship, AXP/ARE development, and professional growth among staff of all experience levels.
