Work at PHA’s Mann Rivera – Phase 1 Under Way

The Mann Rivera Older Adult Community Center – Phase 1 project is underway! This ambitious project has expanded in scope and will include amenities that appeal to and serve all ages in the broader surrounding community. Phase 1 includes improvements on the building envelope, which now includes a new basketball court.
